This is open networking event designed for Agilists to meetup and share their ideas, success stories, challenges, knowledge, and experiences in Agile. It also gives an opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship and developing a business by interacting with FIEG members. This meetup invites thought leaders, experts who have run business successfully, Agilists who would like to learn and grow from interaction with the community.

About the Speaker:
Srinivasa Raghavan has Over 15 years of Technical Program Manager experience in major corporates – Cisco, Microsoft & Texas Instruments. Managing and releasing software products in a highly critical manufacturing environment for the past 5 years using Agile methodology. Rich knowledge on traditional waterfall methodology and a working experience of transforming a high performing program team from waterfall methodology to agile methodology. Working knowledge on kanban methodology and how agile methodology can be used for product sustainability.
