Brief about Meetup

The SAFe Framework represents a composition of roles, artifacts, constructs, concepts, etc., but the organization of these roles and their interaction are subject to all types of interpretation.

I will discuss the SAFe roles and their interactions from a system perspective and discuss how a new organization emerges when these roles commit to and comply with their responsibilities.

Such an understating must help not merely with the SAFe Framework implementation, but a successful Agile Transformation and Organization Redesign.

Such an understanding brings system thinking to the forefront of the SAFe Framework and fosters an Enterprise Transformation.
