Scrum Master(SSM) Certification Course Overview
Strategism 2-days’ course enables you to pass the SAFe® 5 Scrum Master exam in the first attempt and teaches you to become a successful Scrum Master in a SAFe® enterprise context. This training, led by experienced and certified instructors, will explore the implementation of Scrum and prepare you to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI) across all levels of the enterprise. After completing this course, you will be well versed in the core components of scaled Agile development and will learn how to lead high-performing agile teams to success.

What’s the importance of a SAFe-5 Scrum Master (SSM) Certification?
Scrum Masters must be equipped to scale Agile to the enterprise and lead high performance teams. The SAFe® 5 Scrum Master (SSM) Certification is a test of the Scrum Master’s ability to perform the responsibilities of a Scrum Master and lead successful Agile teams. Our course will help you understand the objectives of the exam and aim for a first time pass of the exam. Attendance of this workshop is also a prerequisite for appearing for the exam.
How many PDUs and SEUs will I be eligible for?
You will get 16 PDUs with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for their certifications. Attendees may be eligible to apply for 16 SEUs under category C, toward earning or renewing their CSP through Scrum Alliance.
Where are PDUs and SEUs applicable?
PDUs and SEUs are credits awarded by the Project Management Institute and the Scrum Alliance respectively. They recognize your dedication to the Project Management and Agile world through the award of credits for every educational effort you make throughout your career. At present, Scrum Alliance members who hold a Certified Scrum Professional®, Certified Enterprise Coach and/or Certified Scrum Trainer credential need to earn SEUs to get recertified. Every PMI® certification, except the CAPM®, requires you to earn a specific number of PDUs per three-year certification cycle.
Will the sessions be live or pre-recorded?
Each session on the timetable will be live in order to meet your immediate queries and to help you make contributions where necessary.
What if I miss a class?
Each session will be recorded and sent to your email. However, when you miss a class, you won’t have the opportunity to ask questions or make contributions during the class but you can listen to the questions your colleagues have during the live session.
Do I have to pay before starting the classes?
Yes. Payment is done at the point of registration.
Where am I supposed to submit the fee?
After enrolling for the course on our website, you can make an online payment using any one of the following options:

Once payment is received, you will automatically receive a payment receipt and access information via email.
Will the company refund the training fee if the attendee fails in the exam in the first attempt?
No, it is the attendee’s responsibility if he fails in the test. We offer no refund.
