This certification ensures the trainee that he or she will have a full understanding of Scrum concepts and apply its principles effectively in the workplace. The Certified ScrumMaster® or CSM training course will provide you with enough understanding and knowledge of Agile principles, which you will need to become a highly skilled ScrumMaster. This course is very interactive and a highly certified Scrum Instructor will teach you.

Certified ScrumMaster® Training Details

At Strategism, the Certified ScrumMaster® training course will last for two days wherein each trainee will undergo different learning methods about Agile principles through simulations, watching video clips and lively discussions with some educational games. After the two-day training session, you will be ready for the Certified ScrumMaster® exam with the Scrum Alliance. Once you pass the exam, you become a Certified ScrumMaster®.

What will you learn in the Certification Training:

  • How to apply Scrum in projects
  •  Scrum Framework
  •  How to navigate important cultural changes for Scrum  implementation.

The CSM training at Strategism is a package of games, exercises and role plays leading to effective simulations in Scrum methodology. Your Scrum Trainer (Certified Scrum Trainer) will provide important tips and advice on how to handle and pass the certification exam.
