Safe Agile Certification Course Overview
In this two-day course, participants will gain a necessary mix of knowledge and skills to lead a lean-agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). The participants will utilize underlying principles of SAFe® derived from lean, systems thinking, agile development, product development flow, and DevOps.
Attendees in the class will be exposed to real-time insights and trained to master business agility in order to flourish
in the competitive market. The discussions loom around how to establish an able team with technical agility and organize processes around the value chain. They also learn and practice the skills for supporting and executing PI Planning events and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Participants explore the merits to adopt a customer-centric mindset and design thinking approach to agile product delivery. Participants also develop an understanding for implementing a Lean Portfolio Management function in their enterprise.
This course helps individuals to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Agilist (SA).
